  2. Smoked fish
  3. Beef/chicken
  4. Palm oil
  5. Seasonings
  6. Spices
  7. Onions
  8. Blended pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash beans and remove husk

    In a pot, add palm oil and pepper, onions, washed fish, cooked meat, spices and seasonings then saute.

  3. 3

    Let it cook for a while, add the washed beans and hot water as required, let the beans cook till its soft and porridge like, serve with swallow.
