Soak the chana over night and keep it till next morning

In morning boil it cooker for 3whistles. Chickpeas is ready for salad

In a bowl add carrots tomatoes onion with chickpeas add black pepper Rock salt jeera powder chat masala and any other masala according to your wish

Mix it thoroughly and add lemon zest to it and let it be in room temperature

Garnish it with coriander leaves and cucumber and serve it with Emily ki chutney
