Just some of my favorite ingredients, on a pizza. If you love crab like I do, you'll love this quick & easy recipe! But please, for the love of all things culinary, DO NOT USE IMITATION CRAB MEAT!!!

For the #CrazyPizzaChallenge I decided to go hot and spicy!! I confess I didn't make the dough myself, but I loved thinking of creating a new and different topping, combining local ingredients like olives, capers and tuna with a hot sauce made a bit creamy with some Greek yoghurt. I think it's the first time I have ever made a pizza with no tomato and cheese (by the way, 2 of my favorite top 5 ingredients that I literally always have in my kitchen) and...... it's delicious!! 😍🎉😋

Enjoy the white sauce, which makes it taste like a gratin.It's okay if the white sauce is somewhat lumpy (it's just a pizza!).I guess the tip is to wipe off any moisture from the ingredients with a paper towel? Recipe by Koba

The name, Rangoon, the Capitol of Burma in SE Asia may be the source of the confusion. There's actually more evidence to suggest that those cheesy little crabby delights are Polynesian based! One day I was rambling on about making a pizza with smoked salmon and capers and blah blah. So instead of talking about it, I went ahead and did it. In the process, I added a few more things to make it a little more luxurious.

The pre thanksgiving refrigerator clean out continues. I really like the way the skillet pizza turned out. I still have crab meat leftover, crab meat is very low cal & high in protein it will not go to waste
