Boil the potatoes and then Chop them

Soak the Sago for 3-4 hours,rinse and drain the water in a colander

Now take the sesame and roasted peanuts (pound the peanuts till they are coarse).

Now heat oil in a non stick pan and add cashew nuts,fry and remove.Then add Whole Jeera,Curry leaves,sesame seeds and chopped Green chilli and Red chillies and ginger paste to the oil.

Now in the pan add the chopped potatoes,salt,lemon juice,Sugar and now add Coarsely pounded peanuts.Then cook for 2-4 minutes.

Now add the Sago and on a medium flame cook nicely for 5 minutes.Alter as per taste.Now add Fresh Coriander.

Now it's ready!Garnish with some fresh coriander,fried cashew nuts and some chopped red chillies.
