Ingredients

  • 2boiled eggs
  • 1peeled tomato
  • 1small carrot
  • 1small coloured bell pepper
  • 1light yogurt 105 g pack
  • 1/2a lemon juice
  • Spices,sumac, curry, black pepper, paprika. 1/2 tsp or no salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop veggies, you may add different types of salad - non starchy vegetables

  2. 2

    Boil eggs, chop on salad and add the yogurt, lemon and spices as a salad dressing.

From Cairo, Egypt the capital :) loovveeee experimenting, please share your tips and comments and any requests and follow me :)Update on HCG drops diet, although they were amazing for both rounds I had to stop using them. I got breast pains every time I tried. It was nothing serious, probably hormones issues, so be careful that by time your body might not accept it. Round two hcg diet started 28 feb 2016. Started hcg diet 25/11/14. Did post hcg recipes.

If you want to feel full and not hungry all the time, don't consume carns like breads, pasta, bakeries. For a while you will see the difference within a week.
