  • 1.5kg chicken
  • Marinade

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade the chicken for about an hour,,,use a marinade of,,,salt,oil, ginger, garlic, turmeric, Black pepper,soysauce and vinegar

  2. 2

    Remove the chicken from the marinade and roast it

  3. 3

    Keep turning the chicken until it's evenly cooked
