Ingredients

  1. 200 gurad Dal paste
  2. 1 teaspoonchopped green chilli
  3. 1 teaspoonchopped ginger
  4. 1 tablespoonCoriander leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in bowl nicely

  2. 2

    Heat oil on medium low flame

  3. 3

    Make vada from paste and fry them half

  4. 4

    In 2nd batch fry half fried vada on high flame to make crisp serve with coconut chutney.
