Ingredients

  • Mexican Rice (1 Cup Rice, 1 small onion, 1 tomato, half capsicum
  • Halfcucumber
  • Halfcup black or red beans (Saute in oil with salt and pepper)
  • Salsa( tomato, corn, onions, coriander, lemon juice, salt, pep

    Cook the rice before u add the ingredients. Also cook the rest separately and then assemble on a plate.
