Ingredients

  1. Mexican Rice (1 Cup Rice, 1 small onion, 1 tomato, half capsicum
  2. Halfcucumber
  3. Halfcup black or red beans (Saute in oil with salt and pepper)
  4. Salsa( tomato, corn, onions, coriander, lemon juice, salt, pep

    Cook the rice before u add the ingredients. Also cook the rest separately and then assemble on a plate.
