Ingredients

1 kgfish(tilapia), ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric,
1/2 tspcumin and coriander powder
Chilli flakes according to the heat u can take
2 tsplemon juice and 1tblsp cooking oil
Coriander optional

Steps

Mix all the ingredients and marinade the fish in it. U can marinade for 5hrs or even upto 24 hours

Then shallow fry the fish and serve with lemon and salad or chips or baked potato.
