Ingredients

  • 1 kgfish(tilapia), ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric,
  • 1/2 tspcumin and coriander powder
  • Chilli flakes according to the heat u can take
  • 2 tsplemon juice and 1tblsp cooking oil
  • Coriander optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and marinade the fish in it. U can marinade for 5hrs or even upto 24 hours

  2. 2

    Then shallow fry the fish and serve with lemon and salad or chips or baked potato.
