  1. 2 clovesgarlic
  2. 1 tbspItalian flat leaf parsley
  3. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 2 lbpizza dough (store bought)
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. 3 tbspunsalted butter

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Line baking sheets with parchment paper

  3. 3

    Divide the dough in half, keeping half covered under a kitchen towel. Roll out the other half on a lightly floured surface with a rolling pin, creating a 10-inch square. If the dough is very stiff, use your hands to stretch the dough.

  4. 4

    Cut each 10-inch square in half with a sharp knife or pizza wheel to form two rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 12 strips

  5. 5

    Tie each strip into a knot and then arrange the knots on the lined baking sheets then put them in the oven

I made these and they were like heaven. They weren't as good as pizza places garlic knots but they were the bomb.
