Wash, Slice or grate the Okro and set aside, also wash and slice the vegetables and set aside

Blend the pepper and onions with crayfish and set aside

Boil your meats with spices and seasonings. When it is almost done, add the ponmo to the meat. Leave for few minutes and take off fire.

Put a pot on low heat, put like 1 full serving spoon of palmoil in it, and when the oil is hot, add the blended Pepper and locust beans. Fry for few minutes, then pour in the meat stock and little water if the stock is not much. Add seasoning cubes, salt, meat and dry fish. Leave it to boil. Then add the Okro. When the Okro is a bit tender, add the vegetables. Leave for about 3minutes then take off the heat source. It can be use to eat any swallow of your choice
