Steps

Boil the chopped Indian spinach and drain the water. Blend it into a smooth paste.

Heat some oil in a wok and add the cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom and let them splutter.

Add the chopped onion and fry them well or till the oil separates.

Add the onion paste and cook them well.

Add the turmeric powder, little bit of salt and mix them well. Cook till the oil separates. Add the ginger paste and garlic paste. Fry them well.

Add the tomato puree, red chilli powder and again cook till the oil separates.

Add the Indian spinach paste and again cook it for sometime. Add the paneer cubes and garam masala powder.

Cook them well, check the salt, and add some kasuri methi. Add the butter and remove it from the flame.
