Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 500 gmbaby Potatoes boiled
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 tspasafoetida
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add asafoetida and ginger paste and saute well

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add tomato and saute well till oil separates

  5. 5

    Add water and simmer

  6. 6

    Finally add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve it with Puri
