Cut your meat into small sizes both the bone in case. Wash the meat very well and put inside clean pot.

While the pot is still on the fire with little water inside after 45minutes, add little potash with little red oil, fresh pepper, taste for salt.

Put the pot on fire and cook for 45minutes. This will enable Tue meat to be soft together with the bone marrows in the bone.

While serving on the plate you put fresh onions, and little utazi leave
