  1. 300 gramslamb chops
  2. 10 mlolive oil
  3. bunchrosemary
  4. to tastesalt and pepper
  5. 200 mlred wine
  6. 50 gramscrushed garlic

    Vacuum seal it and leave for a couple of hours and cook
