Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 11/2cinnamon powder
  • 3 tspyeast
  • 3 tspmargarine
  • 1 1/4coconut milk
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, margarine,cannamon and yeast and mix.

  2. 2

    Add in your coconut milk and knead till soft

  3. 3

    Wait for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Spread the dough and cut to your small desired shapes

  5. 5

    Deep fry

  6. 6

    Take 2cups sugar and 1 cup water

  7. 7

    Heat till dissolved

  8. 8

    Put your mandazi and mix well 5-10 mins.
