Soak beans in water for about 5 minutes

While beans is in water, wash mince the chicken breast

Season it with salt, pepper and onions and put it on fire to cook for about 5 minutes

Wash beans and ensure the back is completely peeled

Pour into a blender and blend with 3 balls of onions

Pour the beans into a bowl and stir with a wooden stick until the texture becomes light

Add half a teaspoon of salt, stir well and then add the minced chicken. Stir again.

Place a pan on fire to dry and then add some vegetable oil

Once the oil is hot, use a serving spoon to scoop the bean paste into it one at a time and fry until it becomes golden brown (you can also bake)

Serve with either custard, pap or any drink of your choice.
