Put chopped spinach and mushroom in a medium sized bowl with rest of the ingredients.

Then mix them properly using a spoon, into a thick batter.

After that heat the oil in a kadhai. Then lower a small portion of the batter using your fingers in hot oil.

Fry it in low to medium flame until it becomes golden brown.

Serve tasty MIXED SPINACH PAKORAS with any chutney of your choice or you can have it with rice.
