  1. 2 tablespoonlite mayonnaise
  2. 2 sprigsChopped spring onions
  3. 1/2pickled gerkin chopped or grated
  4. 1/2lemon, juiced
  5. Salt
  6. Mala
  7. Black pepper crushed for garnish

    Mix all the ingredients together. Slowly add the mala till you get the smooth texture you want. Sprinkle freshly grounded black pepper. Serve.
