I blended this egusi with water for a change instead of the normal dry grinding and it still came out dope in looks and taste..

I blended this egusi with water for a change instead of the normal dry grinding and it still came out dope in looks and taste..
Steps

Wash and boil the meat with Onion,salt and seasoning

Blend egusi with moderate water to make a paste
- 3
When meat is almost done add already washed stock fish and cook for 10mins
- 4
Add Palm oil, blended pepper, crayfish and smoked fish to the mix and boil for another 10mins
- 5
Add egusi paste,stir very well and allow to cook for 15mins stirring occasionally to avoid burning
- 6
Add vegetables,check for salt and turn off heat
