Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsegusi
  2. Protein of choice
  3. Smoked fish, crayfish, stock fish
  4. Onions,pepper, seasoning cubes, salt
  5. Vegetables (uziza and ugu leaves)
  6. Palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil the meat with Onion,salt and seasoning

  2. 2

    Blend egusi with moderate water to make a paste

    When meat is almost done add already washed stock fish and cook for 10mins

  4. 4

    Add Palm oil, blended pepper, crayfish and smoked fish to the mix and boil for another 10mins

    Add egusi paste,stir very well and allow to cook for 15mins stirring occasionally to avoid burning

  6. 6

    Add vegetables,check for salt and turn off heat
