Steps

Heat up oil in the pan and add cinnamon bay leaf and cardamoms in it

And ginger garlic and cook for 2 minutes

Now add chopped onions,cashews,Almonds, green chillies and saute it well

Now add chopped tomatoes and one tsp salt and cover the lid until it gets mushy

Few minutes later let the mixture gets cool remove the bay leaves and cinnamon from the mixture and make fine paste

Blanch the Cauliflower and heat 3 glasses of water in a pan

Now add 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp salt in the water and put Cauliflower in it

Boil the water until the cauliflower gets soft

Now in a pan heat up the oil and crackle jeera and mix all the dry masalas in it,mix them well

Now add the grinded paste in the masala mixture

Cook until the oil separates from the mixture and add whisked curd,fresh cream and half cup of water in it

Mix them well and after 6 to 7 minutes switch off the gas

Soak Saffron strands in the kewra water and mix it in the mixture of cauliflower

Now place the cauliflower in a bowl and pour the mixture on it

Garnish it with coriander leaves
