First pluck the leaves of bathua.rinse the leaves very well.

Take the leaves in a pan. Add 1/4 cup water.

Keep the pan on the stove.cover it with a lid and cook the leaves on a low flame.

When the leaves are wilted, switch off the flame.

In a another bowl take wheat flour, ajwain, salt, oil.mix very well.

Now strain the leaves and add them to the flour.

Add chopped green chillies.mix very well and knead.

Knead to the a smooth dough.

Now make medium balls from the dough.

Roll circle spread some ghee and make a fold and bring in the Center.

Roll paratha.heat a tawa and place the paratha.

Cook on a medium to high flame.

Spread some ghee on the paratha.

Serve bathua parathas hot with butter.
