Ingredients

  • 3 small bowlsRice
  • 1Carrot
  • 2Onion
  • 2Capsicum_red yellow green)
  • as neededCorn
  • 1Babycorn
  • 1/2Cabbage(green purple)
  • as neededBeans
  • 1 tbspGarlic ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 tspVinegar
  • as neededTomato sauce
  • 2 tbspoil
  • salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice for 20./25min

    Chop above all veggies in small

    Put water in vessel for boiling

  4. 4

    When water start boiling add rice little salt and oil

  5. 5

    Dont cook fully otherwise rice wl become sticky

  6. 6

    Now put water in container for boiling

  7. 7

    As it starts boiling add chopped veggies

  8. 8

    Within 2 min strain it veggies are ready

  9. 9

    Now take large wok heat oil

  10. 10

    Put little chopped ginger garlic

  11. 11

    Add veggies and rice

  12. 12

    Salt soya sauce vinegar tomato sauce add in it

  13. 13

    Your colourful healthy fried rice is ready
