1big bowl moong
to tasteRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspOregano
1 tspChilli flakes
to tasteBlack pepper powder

Steps

Firstly soak the moong overnight in water.

Then next day, boil the moong till 1 whistle.

Then boil the potatoes.

Then mix the moong, potatoes, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber.

Sprinkle all the spices on top.. mix well.

Your moong Chaat is ready to go....
