Blanch the cauliflower, peas, potatoes, carrot with some salt.

Then cut the paneer into square.

Then place a kadhai on oven, add oil,once oil is hot add paneer & fry well.

In the same oil add cashew nuts & fry well & keep aside.

Then add cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon, dry red chilli & fry for 1/2 secs.

Then add onion paste & fry well.

Next add tomato paste mix well & cook for 2/3 mins.

Then add ginger,garlic paste stir well.

Next add potatoes, cauliflower mix well & fry gor 2/3 mins.

Then add beans, carrot & fry for 2/3 mins.

Finally add capsicum mix well.

Then add 1 cup water & cook for 5 mins on slow flame.

Add milk, cashew nut paste mix well & cook for 3/4mins.

Add salt, sugar as per your taste, black pepper powder & stir well.

Add fried paneer, cashew nuts & raisin mix well & another cook for 3/4 mins.

After 4 mins add fresh cream, ghee & garam masala powder stir well.

Finally add mace, nutmeg powder, fenugreek powder mix well & switch off the flame.

Serve with naan, paratha.
