Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder.

Fry the fish well from both sides

Remove from the pan and add cumin seeds bay leaf and red chilli

Add ginger garlic paste saute for a while

Add onion paste and saute for a while

Add salt and turmeric powder and mix

Add cumin powder and red chilli powder and saute till oil separates

Add litter water and simmer adding the fish

Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve....
