Steps

Heat oil in a wok, add asafoetida in it and allow it to splatter.

Now, add chopped capsicum in it and cook it well then mashed potatoes in it.

Now, add all spices and salt in it and mix them well.

Now cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium flame then switch it off.

Now allow that potato mix it cool down a bit then stuff it in capsicum rings.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and shallow fry stuffed capsicum rings till it become nicely cooked. (NOTE- if you want you can add onion and garlic in it too. And, if you want you can stuff capsicum rings with cottage cheese/Paneer or mixture of cottage cheese and potato.)

Stuffed Capsicum is ready to serve.
