Pour sugar into an aluminum mold and caramelize directly over the stove burner.

Blend all the ingredients. Once the sugar is caramelized in your mold, bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Another option is to cook in a water bath for 45 minutes. Make sure it doesn't dry out by using enough water up to where your mold starts, cover with aluminum foil, and cook.
