Ingredients

  1. salad greens any three you like
  2. escarole, butter leaf lettuce, spinach, watercress, swiss chard
  3. any flavor hummus dip
  4. mustard and soy mayonnaise (optional)
  5. 1large cucumber
  6. 1large red bell pepper
  7. 1 bagshoestring carrots in
  8. 1large avocado cut into slices
  9. olive oil and red wine vinegar
  10. Ezekiel bread or gluten-free tortillas or Ezekiel bread

Cooking Instructions

    Chop up all salad greens .

    Slice, peeled cucumber,red bell pepper.slice avocado,

  3. 3

    Spread hummus dip on tortilla. Add mustard Place combined mixed green on Gluten free tortilla or Ezekiel bread

  4. 4

    Add sliced vegetables on top of,greens. Drizzle with olive oil.add,salt and pepper for,taste.

    Roll up and cut.
