chicken soup is a healthy soup ,It gives strength to bones .
Steps

Wash the chicken pieces with fresh water 2_3 times.

In a cooker,heat desi ghee& add chopped ginger & garlic.Cook on the low flame till the aroma smells..

Now add chopped onions & cook till they becomes little brown & add red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt.Saute for few seconds.

Add chopped tomatoes & cook on the low flame till they become soft.Add raw chicken pieces.

Mix well & add 1 glass of water in it & cover with lid,after a whistle,slow down the flame & cook for 5_8 minutes.

After 5_8 minutes switch off the flame,let it cool down,Open the lid & check if the chicken is properly cooked.

Pour the soup in serving bowl &with chicken pieces &vgarnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
