The secret to frying fishing without having the oil splash all over is here
Steps
- 1
Cut open the fish and take out the eggs and other non-edible things, use a knife to carefully carve out the eyes (this prevents the oil from splashing uncontrollably) and then wash thoroughly
- 2
Put the fish in a bowl and then Season with salt, pepper, seasoning cubes and fish seasoning. Cover with bowl with a cling film and leave for 5 minutes
- 3
Place a frying pan on fire, once heated, pour in some good quantity of oil and then allow to heat
- 4
Once the oil is hot, add a little pinch of salt (this way you save yourself the stress of jumping around the kitchen trying to avoid the oil splash when you begin to fry)
- 5
Carefully place the fish in the oil and allow it fry until it turns brown. Turn it around with a frying spoon to also fry the other side.
- 6
Your fish is ready to be served once all the sides are well fried.
