Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 500 gmsMutton
  • 50gmChana dal
  • 1/4th small cupKothmir
  • 1/4 small cupPudina
  • 8-10Hari mirch
  • Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 spoonHaldi
  • 1 tbspnRed chilli powder
  • 5-7Garlic cloves
  • Filling
  • 1Onion
  • Kothmir
  • Green chilli
  • Dahi
  • oil as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil together all the ingredients till mutton is tender

  2. 2

    After that grind together to powder,make sure your mixture should be dry

  3. 3

    And make any shape u wish to make

  4. 4

    You can shallow fry it on fry pan or deep fry(for deep frying mix some cornflour powder it will not break while frying)
