Mix butter,eggs,and sugar and coconut flavor with a mixer gradually add the dry ingredients and mix well,prepare the baking pan and bake.

Add 2 tbsp of sugar to 1/4 cup of water mix well until the sugar dissolved in the water and brush all over the cake,to soften and moisturize the cake.

Butter cream-Beat 250g butter with a mixer for about 5mins,gradually add 500g icing sugar and mix well,add 3 tbsp powder milk and coconut flavor (1 tsp) and devide in to 2, add food colour of your choice to the half.

Use the plain butter cream and spread all over the cake,and decorate with the colored. Sprinkle some coconut on the cake and serve.
