Dahi wada
1st green moong dal ko 4-5 gante bhigo kar rakhe then ise ache se dho kar grinder me adrak or thoda sa pani dal k grind kare then isme green chilli paste, salt, garam masala, jeera powder n soda by carb dal k ache se mix kare or nonstick pan me 1-1 spoon jitna batter dal k vade banae 2-3 drops oil ki dale or cover kar k 1-2 minutes both side cook kare or direct pani me dale for 3-4 minutes then 1 dish me pehle dahi dale (dahi me thoda milk n sugar dal k blend kar le jyada patli ni) - 2
Ab vade me se access water nikal ke dish me rakhe upar dher sari dahi dale, imli ki chutney, hari chutney, chaat masala,bhuna hua jeera powder, anar or sev se decorate kar ke chilled serve karein
