Rasabali is one of the favourite bhog of 56 bhog served at Jagannath Temple. These delicious Chena bites originated from Kendrapara Odisha.
Steps

Boil milk.
- 2
Once it starts boiling add lemon juice. Milk will cuddle and Chenna will be formed. Drain Chenna through seive. Wash with water so sourness of lemon goes away. Tie it in muslin for 1 hour.

Take Chenna in a bowl. Add semolina and wheat flour.

Mash and mix it nicely with palm.

Make equal size balls and with hand make small puri out of it.

Fry it in medium flame.

Boil 500 ml milk in vessel until half. Add sugar and cardamom powder.

Add Rosaballi to milk. Cool it.

Rosaballi is ready to serve. This unique melting sweet just melts in your mouth.
