Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround Beef
  2. 1 (15 oz)can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  3. 1 (15 oz)can Rotel
  4. 1 (15 oz)can Southwest Style Corn
  5. 1 pkgTaco Seasoning
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 3 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    In a large saucepan, brown ground beef. Drain fat, rinse if desired.

    In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (do not drain the Rotel or the corn). Stir well

  3. 3

    Once meat is drained, return to the saucepan and mix in the ingredients from the bowl. On low heat, let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve in a bowl. Garnish with grated cheese and tortilla chips if desired.
