Ingredients

  • 1plate of cold white rice
  • Medan anchovies, to taste
  • Stink beans (petai), to taste
  • Salt and sugar, to taste
  • Coarsely ground spices:
  • Green chilies, to taste
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 3shallots

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the anchovies. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    In the remaining oil, sauté the spices until the raw smell disappears. Add the stink beans and sauté again.

  3. 3

    Add the white rice and fried anchovies. Add salt and a little sugar. Mix well and taste.

  4. 4

    Cook until the rice is slightly dry. Remove and serve.
