Whenever there is brithday celebration or any other happy occasion at house..we prepare Moongdal Sheera..as sweet dish in Lunch meal.
Steps

Add,melt ghee in non stick pan, add yellow moongdal flour,mix and roast for 15 mins till ghee separate and roasted aroma smell comes out.

Add saffron soaked milk,sugar and hot water. Mix and cook10 mins.stirring continously...till sugar dissolves.
- 3
Add & mix cardamom powder. Serve hot Moongdal Atte ka Sheera garnishing with almond-pistachio flakes.
