  2. 1/2 kgbeef
  3. 2Plantain
  4. Salt
  5. 1Onion
  6. Maggi seasoning

    Cut the plantain and fry in vegetable oil.scrape the carrots and blend with water for the carrots.

    Boil the beef season with salt,onion and maggi seasoning then fry in vegetable oil.
