Heat ghee in a pan. Add the powdered walnuts in it. Start roasting at low flame.

Simultaneously, On other flame, keep milk to boil. Add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder to it. Keep stirring and let it cook on low flame.
(reduce nahi karna hai, just mix them and give a boil) - 3
When walnuts will get roasted, they should turn brown and should give a beautiful aroma.

Off the flame of milk, and add to walnuts with stirring.
It would splutter, but keep stirring and cook until walnuts absorb milk completely - 5
Don't thicken completely because after cooling it will be already thick

Off the flame and spread it over a dish and cut when it gets cool😊
