Remove Brown sides of bread and cut into triangle or square shape (4 piecesod one bread)

Heat Ghee/oil in a pan and roast all the pieces of bread slices until light golden brown colour and crisp.

Take a separate pan to make a mixture of rabri...add thickened milk, condensed milk, Saffron and cardamom powder.Mix Welland let it cook for two minutes

Add Khova and dissolve in the rabri mixture and let it cook for 2-3mins, then cool the mixture for 15mins

Make Sugar syrup by using sugar and water, let it boil till medium consistency

Arrange all the toasted bread slices next to each other in a square shaped deep dish

Pour Sugar syrup on each slice

Then Pour the rabri also all over the bread slices

Garnish with slices nuts and saffron
- 10
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours so that bread could absorb rabri properly

Serve chilled
