Peel and dice into cubes sprinkle little salt

Wash the gizzard and season and allow to cook until it is tender

Put a dry pot on fire,add vegetable oil and fry the plantain

Dice the veggies mentioned above and add the Gizzard stock then mixed everything together and allow to boil for a few minutes and enjoy.
