  2. Tomatoes, tattashe,attarugu
  3. Garlic,onions
  4. Egg
  5. Minced meat
  6. Seasoning
  7. Species
  8. Plantain
  9. Oil
  10. Boiled Irish potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice,then cook the rice.

  2. 2

    Wash and blend the tomatoes,attarugu,tattashe,onion and garlic,and fried them

  3. 3

    When it done,add your minced,Irish potatoes, species and seasoning.

  4. 4

    Fry plantain in a hot oil.

  5. 5

    Enjoy.
