  1. 5-7ginger roots peeled(danyar chitta)
  2. 1peeled cucumber (cut into chunks)
  3. cubesIce(kankara)
  4. 3big lemons
  5. 1/2 cupsugar (sukari rabin kofi)
  6. 1 1/2 cupwater(kofi daya da rabi na ruwa)

Steps

    Soak your ginger in water for 10minutes

    Wash and peel your cucumber and ginger

    Squeeze out lemon juice

    Blend ginger, cucumber and water together until smooth
