Wash and marinate your chicken with salt, pepper, Maggi, onion and chicken spice. After about 1hr, put in a pot and boil. When it is done, put in the oven and grill till golden brown.

Wash and cut your veggies (carrot, green beans, green pepper, green peas) then set aside. Also slice your onion thinly. Then in a pot on fire, ASD your groundnut or coconut oil and stir fry your onion with veggies. Add seasoning to taste. Viola your stir fried veggies is ready.

For your salad, wash and thinly slice your cabbage, and cucumber. Then wash and grate your carrot. Add all in a bowl and mix with your mayonnaise.

Break and whisk your eggs, add seasoning and fry.

Dish into your plate, and tour plate of healthy deliciousness is ready.
