Mix salt, maida and suji make a dough with water and oil. keep aside

Boil chana dal for 3 whistles in low flame. After that add jaggery, so daal will be little watery. cook till the water evaporates. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder.

Make a small roti then stuff the filling and make a chapati.

Cook both sides till done.
