In a bowl,add all your dry ingredient and mix well,in a separate bowl break egg,nd add warm water as required nd whisked all together

Pour the warm egg nd water mixture unto ur flour nd knead,add teaspoon vanillah essense nd knead very well,tranfer unto a working surface nd add ur butter,knead very well untill the butter is fully in,you will knead for atlst abt 10-15 mins,untill a soft dough is formed

Now sprinkle little flour unto a tray,now back to ur dough scoop a little amount of the dough make a round ball,now on a clean working surface spreead little amount of butter,place the round ball dough nd straight ur four fingers,curve ur big finger(watau kmr zako rufeshi haka)start moving slowly with the dough in between ur finger until u get a nice lumpless dough,repeat till the dough is finish,now put the tray into a big leather bag and keep in a warm place nd let it rise for atslt 30min

Depending on the weather,and warmness of the place.

Add oil into a frying pan and fry on low heat untill ur desired browness is achieved
