Ingredients

  • 1 kgboneless beef/mutton
  • 1 cupchana dal
  • 10-12garlic cloves
  • 5-6red chilies
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tbspRoasted zeera
  • 2 handfulcoriander
  • 1 tbspWhole coriander seeds
  • Add water and boil till done

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry the water if remaining and mash it completely till mutton splits out well. Now add finely chopped ginger 1tbsp and green chili 2-3. Add Chopped coriander, mint leaves and 1 egg mix well and make kebabs. Shallow fry and serve with green chutney
