Ingredients

  1. 1 kgboneless beef/mutton
  2. 1 cupchana dal
  3. 10-12garlic cloves
  4. 5-6red chilies
  5. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  6. 1 tbspRoasted zeera
  7. 2 handfulcoriander
  8. 1 tbspWhole coriander seeds
  9. Add water and boil till done

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry the water if remaining and mash it completely till mutton splits out well. Now add finely chopped ginger 1tbsp and green chili 2-3. Add Chopped coriander, mint leaves and 1 egg mix well and make kebabs. Shallow fry and serve with green chutney
