Ingredients

  • 2 cupsSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cupSalted Butter
  • 2 tspVanilla Extract
  • 1.5 cupsMilk
  • 1.5 cupsAll Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 tspBaking Soda
  • 4Eggs
  • 1 packageCheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1 containerYour favorite frosting (the green in the pic is just colored butter cream for St. Patty's Day)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Melt chocolate chips and butter together

  3. 3

    Mix in vanilla, milk, flour, and baking soda

  4. 4

    Add eggs and whip

  5. 5

    Stir in pudding mix

  6. 6

    Pour batter into 24 cupcake liners (about 1/2 to 3/4 full)

  7. 7

    Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. 8

    Allow cupcakes to cool completely and then frost as desired
